About This Spot
Stepping into Cafe Trois feels like entering a softly buzzing corner of Fort Lee where mornings unfold gently and afternoons invite slow conversation. The space is a warm blend of cozy and contemporary, with a mood that’s both inviting and lightly energized—a perfect setting for lingering over a cup of coffee or catching up with a friend without the rush. There’s an understated charm here, the kind that makes you want to settle in, quietly observe the ebb and flow of casual visitors, and savor the moment.
The pace at Cafe Trois matches its welcoming spirit: unhurried but attentive. The staff carries a friendly familiarity that’s felt rather than flaunted, remembering your preferences and greeting you like a neighborhood favorite. This ease spills over into every detail, from the carefully brewed Trois Blend Coffee to the little touches that bring life to your table.
What makes a visit here especially satisfying isn’t merely the food itself, but how it fits into the rhythm of the place. Breakfast and brunch arrive as thoughtful comfort, whether that’s a savory omelette rich with mushrooms or a piece of cake that invites a quiet, lingering bite. The menu carries delightful surprises too—warm soups and freshly baked pastries that speak to the art of taking simple moments seriously. Even the drinks—like their rich Royal Milk Tea or fresh green juices—feel carefully chosen to complement the calm but lively atmosphere.
There’s a genuine human warmth threaded through the experience at Cafe Trois. It’s the kind of spot where the music hums just below conversation level, where smiles come easily, and where the space itself seems to encourage small, joyful discoveries. Whether you’re tucked away with a book, sharing a midday meal, or just breathing between errands, this is a place that quietly invites you to come back again and again.

Great local spot. Ordered the spicy chicken panini and mushroom madame which were packed with flavor. The mushroom madame is packed with mushroom so if you are not big on mushrooms I would not suggest it. Ambiance is chill and loud, great catch-up spot with a friend or informal business. Will definitely come back. Wide variety of foods and snacks. Service was prompt and courteous from ordering to table side food delivery.

Tucked along Bergen Boulevard in Fort Lee, Cafe Trois is the kind of place that makes you want to linger. The vibe? Cozy, modern, and just the right amount of buzz. The staff is genuinely kind — always welcoming, never rushed — and they somehow remember your favorite drink after just one visit. Now let’s talk food. The Crème Brûlée donut is legendary — crisp on top, creamy inside, and not overly sweet. Their Croque Madame is rich and satisfying, especially if you’re a fan of gruyère. And the mini croissant sandwiches? Adorable and delicious. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a slow brunch, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully made. Bonus points for the self-serve pastry wall — it’s like a treasure hunt for dessert lovers. From red bean mochi donuts to blueberry apple tarts, there’s always something new to try. Cafe Trois isn’t just another café. It’s a neighborhood favorite that delivers on flavor, friendliness, and that little spark of joy you didn’t know you needed.

The place was great! The atmosphere is amazing, and service was good ( they were kind). The only down side is the food of the croissant, it wasn’t great as it was try and slightly burnt on the outside. As a Canadian.. I don’t think I would recommend. That’s just a personal opinion since I eat them everyday in Canada so this was alittle strange. Overall, great experience!

The brunch at Cafe Trois is always amazing, no matter when I visit. The Trois omelette is especially my favorite—I never get tired of it. On my way home, I picked up a mango cake, and now I’m already happily wondering which cake to choose for Christmas next. Such a delicious brunch café—Cafe Trois makes me want to come back again tomorrow!

Coffee is always great here! Never lets me down! However, do not get their strawberry smoothie, it’s basically strawberry flavored water (there’s no ice, milk, or any thing that would give it a smoothie consistency). It also takes quite a bit of time to prepare, which I’m assuming is because people don’t order it often but it was cold though!

This Korean cafe in Fort Lee offers a variety of pastries, drinks, and even meals. They have lots of seating for you to enjoy your food and catch up with friends. It's a self-serve spot. I stopped by here for a little bit to grab a quick bite. I got their chestnut garlic bread to enjoy with my friend and we both loved it. It was sweet and savory (although it didn't taste that much like garlic bread). I wish they had warmed it up though.

A great place to get pastries in the Fort Lee area. All the pastries I got were exceeding my expectations. I love the self serve option and they have so many options to pick from. I highly recommend this place. I would come back. My favorite would be the Earl Grey tea pastry, but the crème brûlée donut was good, but it was a little too sweet for me, the green tea on the croissant was very unique and tasty.
